Season 2 chicken thighs with 1 tsp of jerk seasoning . Wack it a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

Whilst that cooks freshly chopped 2 garlic cloves, bunch of coriander, 3 spring onion, red bell pepper add to the pan with a handful of mangetout, add 1 tsp low salt soy 1 tsp lazy ginger plus a tsp of the juice and half a lime juice- cook until cooked through and toss the some egg noodles
Garnish with fresh coriander
