Collection: Salt & Pepper Stir Fry

What an absolute banger!!! Tastes amazing, super easy, super healthy suitable for all weight goals.

 

Start of by slicing up a few skinless chicken thighs straight into a pan with a little dash of Olive Oil and Half a tea spoons of tastebuds S&P. 

 

Whilst that cooks, chop up some half a small onion and half of a bell pepper (make these as thin or chunky as you like. Finely slice 2 gloves of garlic and some optional chilli :) 

 

Add the onions and peppers and sugar snap peas, hit the pan with 1 more teaspoon of seasoning and give it a good mix around.

 

Now kettle on for the egg noodles, Use cooking instructions 

Now add your garlic/chilli and cook until the chicken is fully cook. Drain the noodles, give it all a toss and enjoy!!!
